I was facing regular delays in rent processing for the past 3 to 4months. It became a monthly issue and even after paying a lump sum lease amount I had to pay rent to my landlord from my own pocket at times. Comunication was also not good as calls and emails were not answered properly and timelines were not followed.
However, in the last 2 months, things have improved. The team is now aligned, and the rent has been credited on time as promised. Because of this, I am updating my review to 4 Stars.
Hope this continues going forward. Savitha team keep up the promise.

Amazing experience, from start to finish the team was professional especially painter Harinder was dedicated towards the work. I’ve dealt with a few property managers in Bengaluru, and JAM has been one of the better experiences. They were honest about the costs, helped me negotiate a fair rent, and the house was exactly as shown in the photos. I’ve read some mixed reviews online, but personally, I haven’t faced any major issues. Would use their services again.
